To keep ordering simple and consistent, here’s what to know before submitting:

• Minimum Order: 10 units per product

• Discount: 35% off retail pricing for approved wholesale partners]

• Resale Certificate: Required for U.S. retailers 

• Payment Terms: Prepayment via invoice (PayPal, credit card, or ACH transfer)

• Processing Time: Typically 7–10 business days before shipment

Once we receive your submission, we’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Step 2: Receive Pricing & Order Confirmation

If approved, you’ll receive a wholesale catalog and order form (PDF or online sheet) with item photos, pricing, and order minimums. After you select your items, we’ll send an invoice for payment.

We package each order with the same care and reverence that goes into our individual products.

• Domestic Shipping: Usually 3–7 business days after processing

• International Shipping: Typically 10–20 business days, depending on customs

• Shipping costs are calculated by weight and location

• We’ll send you tracking information once your order ships

If you need your order by a specific event or date, let us know in your form submission—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

To protect the integrity of CoCreate’s mission and message, we ask that all retail partners:

• Maintain product photography and brand tone consistent with our approved materials.

• Avoid altering or rebranding CoCreate designs.

• Use the provided product descriptions when selling online (if applicable).

 

If you’d like access to high-resolution images or brand copy, we’ll include them in your wholesale partner folder upon approval.

We also take on custom bulk orders for church gifts, retreats, and small groups.
