Welcome to CoCreate. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products, websites, digital content, and any related services (collectively, “Services”), including Abide, our devotional workspace available in Notion, Goodnotes, and Paper formats.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

CoCreate is a stationery and content company that creates digital and physical tools designed to help individuals deepen their faith, cultivate spiritual discipline, and live intentionally. Our products, including Abide and other digital templates are creative works meant to support reflection, study, and growth, not to replace Scripture, discipleship, or personal relationship with God.

All content and materials (digital, physical, written, or visual) offered by CoCreate are the intellectual property of CoCreate and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. This includes all templates, artwork, designs, branding, videos, guides, written copy, and related media.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or reproduce any CoCreate materials without prior written consent.

Purchasing a digital or physical product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use that product for your own personal growth and study.

All digital sales (including Notion templates, Goodnotes files, and PDFs) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant digital access.

If you experience an issue accessing your files or links, please reach out to info@cocreatestudio.us with your order details, and we’ll make sure you receive your purchase.

Physical items (such as stationery, printed, or bundled sets) are eligible for return or replacement only if defective or damaged upon arrival. Stationary products (journals, notebooks, devotionals, etc.) must be unused to be returned.

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll handle replacements on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CoCreate is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

We love when our community shares how they use CoCreate products—but redistribution of purchased materials (digital or printed) is not permitted.

You may:

• Share screenshots or excerpts on social media with proper credit to CoCreate.

• Use templates personally, in your own studies, or in small-group contexts as long as all participants have purchased their own copies.

You may not:

• Upload or share CoCreate files in shared drives, marketplaces, or social platforms.

• Repackage, edit, or resell our products in any form.

CoCreate content is created to encourage spiritual growth in alignment with biblical Christianity. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content that misaligns with our mission or values.

We do not provide counseling, therapy, or pastoral care. Any guidance in our materials is meant for reflection and spiritual encouragement only.

We collect minimal personal information needed to process orders and communicate with you, such as name, email address, and payment details. Your information is protected and never sold.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoCreate shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our tools are designed for spiritual reflection and personal development, not to guarantee outcomes, personal transformation, or emotional healing.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of CoCreate products after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
