Refund & Exchange Policy

We value the trust you place in CoCreate when purchasing our digital and physical products. Because our work is creative and often delivered instantly, we’ve created clear guidelines for refunds and exchanges below.

All digital items—including Notion templates, PDFs, or Goodnotes files—are non-refundable once delivered due to the instant-access nature of the product.

If you encounter technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at support@justcocreate.com with your order details, and we’ll ensure you receive what you purchased.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@cocreatestudio.us with your order number and photos of the item.

We’ll happily replace the damaged product or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.

• Items damaged through customer handling or use.

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it with the same product type whenever possible.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
