1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume seasons (such as new product launches or holidays), processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently ship through FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International: Typically 10–20 business days after processing, depending on customs and local carriers.

 

Please note: once an order is shipped, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and order total.

Orders may qualify for free shipping during special promotions.

4. Incorrect or Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. CoCreate is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@justcocreate.com, and we’ll help you locate it or file a claim with the carrier.

5. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply. These are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
